Eudora woman Jen Middleton's son, Devin, was in an accident in the family's Ford Windstar in March. No one was injured in the accident, but Middleton was given a $1,110 bill for the six-mile tow.
Eudora woman Jen Middleton was outraged after she received a $1,110 bill from a local towing company after her son was involved in an automobile accident. County officials say they're looking at options to cut down on overcharging. Personal information about Middleton and the towing company have been removed.
