Everett Kenner, 57, a computer programmer for the Kansas University Endowment Association, has participated in the health screenings the association has offered since 2007. After a screening in December, he learned that he had an aggressive form of prostate cancer. "I consider myself extremely fortunate to work in a place that supports and promotes wellness for its employees. As often happens with prostate (and other) cancers, I had no symptoms and no knowledge that anything was going on," he said.
