Pete DeGraaf, a Mulvane Republican, Wednesday, June 1, 2011 outside the Statehouse, in Topeka. DeGraaf supports a new state law requiring women to buy separate health insurance policies if they want most abortions covered and compared buying them to having a spare tire on a car.
