A few years ago I fell on my S.I joint when I was 17 years old. My lower back started bothering me, there wasnt any pain, it was morely an uncomfortable feeling and my lower back would crack loudly and feel stiff. So I went to the clinic and they sent me to a physical therapist that didnt seem to find anything wrong with the area I was describing. I am a very flexible person and ive done karate for a very large portion of my life. I was sparing and fell on a wood floor and thats how the injury happend. I stretch daily but continued discomfort and cracking occurs. At this point im not sure what to think, I dont know if I should go to another doctor to get his opinion or look online like I have been. Ive found out alot of information online that I found without the help of the P.T and clinic. With your help I might be able to understand what possibly is wrong. I hope you can tell me as much as you know. Thank you.
I wonder if he knows he is named after one of the seven portals to The Great Satan's realm. I better be careful, these guys are going to be replacing one of my defective parts this week.
