Uzbek men mourn Tuesday during funeral ceremony of a victim who died after ethnic rioting between Kyrgyz and ethnic Uzbeks, in the southern Kyrgyz city of Osh. Ethnic rioting has killed at least several hundred people, roughly double official figures, the Red Cross said Tuesday, as new reports strengthened suspicions that the rioting in Kyrgyzstan was deliberately started.
