    When I was teaching I always emphasized that as long as we were creating habits by practicing anything we might as well have those habits be good habits. If we practice legible, attractive handwriting then that will be our habit, and our resultant handwriting will be a lifelong gift we share. I always appreciate getting a note with beautiful handwriting: it adds something to the message. I consider good handwriting an art certainly worth learning.

    sweetcorn, her handwriting sure looks great from this angle!! Cutie indeed!! Look how hard she's concentrating!
