James Stoutenborough, a doctoral student in the political science department at Kansas University, was at the sixth annual Capitol Graduate Research Summit. Students from KU, Kansas State and Wichita State displayed their research projects to state officials. Stoutenborough's project involved evaluating the effects of renewable energy incentives offered by states.
