Today, as I was driving to work, I looked over to the site of Helen's crash on Monday. I spotted a beautiful cross and felt an overwhelming sense of sadness for her untimely death. As I turned into Eudora, I saw a most beautiful rainbow directly over Helen's cross. I was reminded of God's eternal love for us. God bless, Helen.

There is a fund being set up through the Kaw Valley Bank in Eudora to help the family. It's listed in the obit as an education fund, but I'm hearing that was a mistake made by the mortuary. The fund is really to help the family with any expenses they'll have from this. I worked with Helen and her co-workers will be making a nice donation as soon as the account is open. We miss you Helen.
