Maj. Scott Holland, of Lansing, shops at Fort Leavenworth’s commissary. Holland and his wife said they’ve seen price increases for some basic items like meat, milk and produce at the grocery store for military personnel. Holland said prices generally are significantly less at the commissary than at grocery stores off-post.
