This telegram on behalf of President Franklin D. Roosevelt invites Harry Colmery to be present at the signing of the G. I. Bill. Colmery, a Topekan, was a member of the committee that worked on the G. I. Bill of Rights and is credited with writing the initial draft of this bill.
