Volunteer Megan Showalter, a Kansas University senior, puts the finishing touches on light bulbs painted by Van Go youth. The bulbs will be given to community sponsors paying a portion of Van Go’s utility bills. Showalter chose a health and community development focus for her applied behavioral sciences major.
