
Keith Cardin, 17, of Longwood, is a reformed computer hacker who founded a Web site, "Unspoken Secrets," where fellow teens can anonymously submit their secrets. Hacking and other computer misuse is a common problem for U.S. schools. In Lawrence, district technology specialists receive about 20 calls a year from the six secondary schools to deactivate accounts of students who have violated the acceptable use policy, says Paul Dawson, assistant director of information technology services.
