Kansas University students pass in front of Wescoe Hall in this fall 2006 file photo. The building was subject to a study after a staffer raised questions about the number of employees working in Wescoe who had been diagnosed with brain tumors. Researchers announced in July that the inadequate airflow in the building did not cause brain tumors but could cause respiratory problems and eye irritation.
