One of 16 Afghans released from the U.S. prison in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, is hugged by a relative after a ceremony at the Reconciliation Commission in Kabul, Afghanistan. Sixteen Afghans and one Iranian arrived Thursday in Afghanistan, an Afghan official said. The detainees had served up to four years at Guantanamo.
