A jogger runs in Manhattan as a warehouse fire on the East River in Brooklyn, N.Y., sends plumes of thick black smoke over the city. Smoke from the 10-alarm fire could be seen for miles. The fire was the largest in New York City in at least a decade, excluding the World Trade Center attacks.
