A rescuer carries a child found in the debris of the Transvaal water park in Moscow, with surviving park visitors wearing only swimsuits seen in the background. The vast glass roof covering the water park collapsed Saturday evening, killing at least 21 people, injuring more than 100 and trapping others under the rubble, Mayor Yuri Luzhkov said, according to Russian news agencies. The temperature Saturday in Moscow dropped to 2 degrees Fahrenheit.
