Joyce Colton, historian of the Kaw Valley Quilters Guild, explains the story behind a quilt titled "George Washington Crossing the Delaware." The piece was made by Lawrence quilter Chris Wolf Edmond in 1976 and is part of the guild's exhibit of patriotic quilts being displayed at Watkins Community Museum of History.
