Democratic governor-elect Kathleen Sebelius celebrates her victory in the November election with supporters at the Holidome in Topeka. This year Kansas voters did something they hadn't done for nearly a decade -- elect a Democrat as governor. Sebelius became the first Democrat to hold the state's top office since Joan Finney by beating GOP candidate Tim Shallenburger, 53 percent to 45 percent.
