“I’m of the opinion that nothing should be banned … people can make their own decisions.”

“No, because once you start taking away people’s choices and rights it’s just all downhill from there.”

I do not smoke, and I have no desire to smoke (okay, save for the occasional puff on a cigar for a special occasion). That being said, you have a right to smoke your Menthols, Marlboros, Virginia Slims, Kools, etc.

I would appreciate it if you were considerate about it (ie, please not in my car), but I am sure not going to work to ban something for the sole reason that I don't use it myself.

Benson & Hedges Menthol 100's have a more refined taste than Kools or even Newports. Flippin' smokes, man. Hardest drug to quit that I ever did. Stay away, kids. Just stay away.

The last two, Taylor and Elizabeth are right on the money.

Ban nothing but actions that infringe on the rights of others. Stop forfeiting your freedom.

I don't smoke, have never smoked and have no intention of smoking. I like having the option though.
