I would pay off student loans, pay off my mortgage and then donate the house, buy a house in the country, buy a new truck for the hubby, a vacation condo in the Colorado mountains... and set up some money to pay for my kids' (and future grandkids) schooling and a scholarship fund for all my nieces and nephews. AND take a vacation somewhere or two! and retire to do things that I want to do.
