What do you think of the use of interrogation vide

Asked at Checkers, 2300 La. on February 18, 2007

“I think it depends on the case. If the defendant is changing their story, then I think it would be important.”

“I think it can be useful information for the jury to have as long as the defense also gets to use the footage for cross-examination.”

“I think it's fair to use as evidence. They should be able to use whatever video they have to resolve the case.”

“At that point, the suspect has already been told that anything they say can be used against them. There's no reason they shouldn't be able to use it.”
