The Last Summer (of You and Me) by Ann Brashares. She wrote The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants series for teens. This is her first book for adults. It's about the relationship between two sisters and their best friend who is a boy. They are coming all together for the first time in three years on the small island where they spent all their summers together as kids.
