Just started a very good book by Nelefer Pazira called A Bed of Red Flowers. I saw the film Kandahar which she and an Iranian director made about her trip back to Kandahar to see her sister and I loved it. This book is about her family and her life in Iraq before she emmigrated to Canada. She is a journalist in our capital of Ottawa.
