“Yes. I think it would probably be a good thing. We could see what the board is promoting for our children’s education.”

“I might watch some of it. I think that the tensions are high, and I feel like that by understanding both sides there might be some possibility of reconciliation.”

“Not really. I think it would be boring, but a few people would probably want to watch it if the board directly influenced them.”

“I wouldn’t watch it on the Internet. I would watch it if it was on TV, but I just don’t like to sit in front of my computer like that.”

This group may say one thing on screen then quickly call a special meeting and change all that was agreed on...better keep the cameras running 24 hours a day.

Connie Morris should resign...

I think it's a good idea, witnessing ignorance and stupidity in motion is so much more profound than simply reading about it later.

They've done such a great job so far, how could we go wrong (cough, choke).

I'm so proud to visit other states and have people ask, "Did we evolve or were we created? ...and then hear a roar of laughter.

Yes, let's put them on the Internet, the finest brains in Kansas. It's so fulfilling to be mocked by every comedian and talk show host. BrianR summed it up well.

They should have auditions for a NEW local reality TV show: The BOE! Even if the casted characters have no PhDs or administrative educational experience at all, they'll nonetheless provide that extra oomph that will boost ratings.

Then, and only then, do I think people will watch it.

As far as watching it myself... perhaps.

"world paint drying finals" hey one-more-bob, ya got something there, but at night it could be the cricket sound network. more interesting than the BOE meetings. however, if the tv cameras change their behavior like they have for the senate (I.E. Schumer, Kennedy, Kerry) it will turn them all into pontificating blow hards who compete for face time on the BOE channel. the most dangerous place in the senate is being between Chucky schumer and a camera. (that was said by one of his fellow senators, perhaps Mr. Hatch)
