How big of a problem is marijuana growth in the city of Lawrence?

“I wouldn’t say too big of a problem. It doesn’t seem like it’s a big thing. Maybe from a cop’s standpoint it is.”
“It’s really not that bad. Crack’s worse. There’s very little weed, but crack is everywhere.”
“Yeah, there’s a lot of it going on. Every time you go to parties it’s everywhere. And people aren’t hiding it in any way, shape or form.”
“It’s hard to say, but I think it’s a pretty big problem here. It causes a lot of problems, especially for high school kids.”
