Should Kansas amend its constitution to allow privately owned casinos to operate in the state?

“Yeah. Casinos are fun.”

“I would say no. If they were run by private companies there might be questions about corruption.”

“Since Indian reservations can run them, private companies should be allowed to. Fair markets and competition should apply to casinos, too.”

“I think they need the casinos to get the money. That money could be used for schools.”
