Should Lawrence move to a four-day school week to save money?

“No. It’s pretty simple. I think kids need to be getting all the education they can.”

“I would say no. I think that most school-aged kids need some kind of constructive work to do during the week.”

“I’d probably be for it if they increased the hours in school daily. But if they increased the number of weeks in school, no.”

“Absolutely not. It wouldn’t save enough money. It puts the burden on people who work and need child care, so it would cost the parents at home.”
