How long should the government hold the detainees at Guantanamo Bay?

“The burden of proof is on the government, but they don’t really have to tell anybody about it. As long as they’re a provable threat, I guess.”

“Until they’re certain that they are innocent or guilty.”

“I understand why they’re keeping them, but they should give them a fair trial. Based on that trial, they should either be sentenced or let go.”

“Indefinitely. Until they sort them all out and get them all processed. I’ve never seen any of them, but I hear some of them are pretty hard-core.”
