Should the government require that newly produced television sets be able to receive digital signals by 2007?

“I don’t think so, if it would make it cost more for something not everyone would need. If people want digital cable, they should pay for that choice.”
“I don’t think they have the right to require it. Now they’re trying to tell us what TVs we can have.”
“I don’t think the government needs to do that. People who make TVs can do that for themselves. It doesn’t need to be legislated.”
“To a certain point. If all the money issues are taken care of, I’m all for it. That’s the only problem I see.”
