“I think he should not have. The husband’s opinion was probably more updated as to her wishes.”

“I’d say if the whole Florida Legislature said yes, it would make sense for the governor to step in and do it, especially since the family was behind it.”

“Her family should have the say since she can’t. But if it were me, I don’t think that’s much of a life. There’s nothing wrong with dying with dignity instead of dragging it out.”

“I don’t think it should be in his power. It’s a power struggle between the husband and parents, and I don’t think the parents want it done for the right reasons.”
