Do you think a ban on partial-birth abortions is constitutional?

“If it’s properly crafted, the terms are well-defined, probably. It sounds as if this one may have been crafted pretty well and taken care of the problems with the Nebraska law.”
“I don’t think it’s constitutional because this country was founded on freedom and liberty. Something like that takes away basic freedoms of a woman”
“I don’t think so. It’s not my choice to tell people what they can and can’t do.”
“I suppose it’s unconstitutional because the country was based on freedom of choice. That’s why the country was born.”
