Should Lawrence require developers to put bike lanes in streets they build?

“I don’t think it’s that big of a deal. I ride my bike, and I don’t have any problems. So I don’t think they need to.”
“Yes. It’s nice to ride bikes. A lot of people do that. Up on our area, they’ve started putting bike trails in all the new developments, and it’s really easy to get around.”
“Absolutely. It’s dangerous to ride a bicycle in this town because the infrastructure is not properly prepared. We need bike paths.”
“Yes, I do think they should. There needs to be an alternative to cars.”
