Would you rather drive a car or a scooter?
Asked at the Farmers Market on October 5, 2003
“A car. Then you don’t have to worry about weather and rain. It’s more logical to have a car.”
“Honestly, I’d prefer a bike. You kill two birds with one stone — you get the exercise while you’re transporting yourself.”
“Scooter. They’re cooler. You get to feel the air, depending on the weather, of course. It’s better for the environment, and it’s something different. A little adventure.”
“I would say a car. Too many stops at the store. It seems like you always have to stop and pick something up, at least for me. You can’t get everything on a scooter that you can get in a car.”
