Should John Allen Muhammad receive the death penalty for his part in the Washington, D.C.-area sniper attacks last year?

“Yes, he should. It would be due justice.”
“Usually I don’t really agree with the death penalty, so sometimes it’s hard for me to decide. But at this point I’d still say he shouldn’t get the death penalty.”
“If it goes through due process and he was found guilty, he should get what the law provides.”
“Although my opinion on the death penalty varies from case to case, I usually don’t agree with it. And in this case I think he should be sentenced to life in prison instead.”
