Should state employees who drive state vehicles be restricted by driving-record requirements?
Asked at Massachusetts Street on May 20, 2003
“Yeah, the state can control that and save money from people getting into wrecks. It would keep people safe and save money for the state.”
“I would just say no DUIs.”
“I think they need to have some restrictions on it. A habitual offender of traffic violations is not somebody you want to have driving a government vehicle around.”
“I think there should be restrictions. The average Joe driving around has restrictions, and I think the same thing should apply to state workers.”
