“Yes. It would save that $60 million dollars with just a few months delay. It would be a good thing.”

“No. I don’t think that’s fair to the average person. Especially if they file early, or have to file late. It’s just not fair.”

“No, I probably wouldn’t support that because it sounds like a way to come up with fuzzy numbers that are going to catch up with you in the end.”
