Should the County Commission fund school nurses?

“Yes, because nurses in the schools are very important.”

“Yes. My school nurse is the only reason I’ve stayed in school and haven’t dropped out yet.”

“They are a necessity in school. An important part of having school nurses is in case you have accidents or illness, and also to distribute prescriptions to the students.”

“They need the school nurses. We’ve had many added health problems with our students. The nurses are usually the first to step in and deal with it.”
