Should insurance companies cover prescription contraceptives?
Asked at Borders, Books, Music and Cafe on January 22, 2003
“If they’d add it to what they cover, definitely. That would be a decent thing, help people out.”
“For nonprescription, I don’t think so, but if there is a doctor’s prescription, I guess.”
“Definitely, because reproductive health care includes access to contraceptives.”
“Yeah, they should cover everything. We should get free medical care, just like in Canada. The government is much more open-minded and for the people there. Here, government is run for the corporations.”
