Should there be a patron saint of the Internet?
Asked at Dillons, 3000 W. Sixth St.: on February 2, 2003
“No, I don’t think we need a patron saint for the Internet. I think God is our patron saint. He should be the one who watches over everything.”
“No, but I don’t really use the Internet much. I’m more of an old-fashioned kind of guy.”
“I don’t really think it does need one, however if that would help Catholics stay connected to their religion in a more modern way, I guess it’s good for them.”
“I like how it’s unregulated. I feel like most people are responsible with it and those who aren’t are only hurting themselves, so I feel it’s unnecessary.”
