How will an endorsement by Al Gore affect Howard Dean’s campaign for president?

“I think it will actually hurt him. He has such a lead right now, he doesn’t need someone who lost an election.”

“It could only make it better. Al Gore should be president of the United States. If it weren’t for 9-11, the administration would have been considered a cheat because of the Florida election.”

“Negligibly. I’m very disaffected by politics. Although I consider myself anti-Republican, I can’t relate to the Democrats.”

“I’d say negatively. He lost the other election, so he’s giving a loser’s endorsement. If you’ve got a loser’s endorsement, it’s not good.”
