How has the Internet affected newspapers?
Asked at Seventh Street and at Hastings Books Music and Video on August 31, 2003
“I think it’s probably reduced subscriptions to papers because it’s so easy to read news on the Internet.”
“You can either read one newspaper, or newspapers from all over the world.”
“I would guess that subscriptions have probably gone down because you can get news all over the Internet. But some people still prefer hard copies.”
“I think it diversifies what people hear and allows more unique perspectives.”
