Would you support a city sales tax to fund Lawrence public schools?

“Yes. The state is not meeting its responsibility, leaving communities with little option.”
“Ordinarily, I would say no. But since the state isn’t going to help us out, yes. Every man for himself.”
“Yes, because I think there is no greater investment than our children’s education.”
“I think I would say yes. Coming from a background of education, I see that education needs all the help it can get right now.”
