How soon should Lawrence begin to focus on its development to the south?
Asked at Massachusetts Street on August 10, 2003
“The movement has been west, not south. There’s still a lot of room between here and Denver before we need to start moving south.”
“If there’s a need to grow, I think they should just do it right away.”
“It seems like it’s going OK. Lawrence is good like it is. I don’t see any need to expand too far south.”
“I know that’s something on the horizon. I would say probably not until the Dow Jones returns to something of its prior levels.”
