Do you think authorities should pay the sniper the $10 million he is demanding?

“Yeah, I actually think they should. In the process, they should keep looking for him, but it’s only money. That’s less important than a life.”
“No. You’re never supposed to pay the ransom. All the mysteries say that.”
“I think that would be a mistake. It would invite more crime for pay.”
“There’s no guarantee that paying the ransom would make him stop shooting. It’s a very tragic situation.”
