Do you think that 13-year-olds should be able to be tried as adults for murder?

“If it is willful, intentional murder, then yes.”

“Yes, I think so. If they are able to commit a crime an adult can, they should be punished the same as an adult would.”

“When someone is old enough to justify a reason for the action, they should be tried as an adult.”

“No, I don’t think they should. They just barely became a teenager; I don’t think you call that an adult. It’s a changing point in those kids’ lives, at 13.”
