Do you think Kansas does enough to prevent drunken driving and punish people who drive under the influence?

“I think recently they raised the penalties for it. They could always do more, but it’s a balancing act.”
“I don’t know about all of Kansas, but I don’t think it’s being done well in Lawrence. I’d go out all the time, and I’d see cops around, but they were more concerned with preventing fights.”
“No. Not at all. I think we have strict enough laws on the books. We need to enforce the laws we currently have and if a person has a second or third offense in a year, it’s pretty clear they have a problem, and they need to get off the road.”
“Yeah, I think so.”
