Is a law that requires high schools to give military recruiters the names and phone numbers of students an invasion of privacy?

“Very much so. The military shouldn’t be any different than any other organization recruiting. It also gives the impression of steering people into the military.”
“They could probably get the information anyway. I don’t think there’s anything wrong with it, but it could be an invasion of someone’s privacy.”
“Yes, that’s probably an invasion. It’s personal information.”
