Is Elvis still the king of rock ‘n’ roll?
Asked at Lawrence Public Library on January 8, 2002
“I would say yes because he defined a certain period of rock ‘n’ roll and that will never change.”
“No, because I’m more into country music.”
“He’s still the king of rock ‘n’ roll, and I still think he’s alive.”
“Yes, he is. Why not? The first record I got of his was a 78 rpm. It was ‘Hound Dog.’”

Elvis is and will be the King of rock'n'roll. His voice and his dynamicity on the stage is unique. Each time you listen to his songs you really feel that he is aiming you no-doubt. This is why people cried and scream, he touched them deeply in their heart. His existence is a miracle. He is still teaching us how to love, to compromise and to forgive our beloved, then to make peace in any kind of relationship. He is very generous, mature enough to notice that in his early wealth. Wealth didn't change his qualities. He thinks that God put a message through him to all those people. Yes indeed, because to have this outstanding popularity (every inch of the world) is not for nothing. Think about it listeners.
