With tuition increasing, what is your education worth?
Asked at Watson Library on April 19, 2002
“Because of the tuition increase next year, I don’t think I’ll get my money’s worth.”
“If the tuition means better scholarships and funding for organizations, then I think it’s not a bad idea as long as they don’t raise it a shocking amount.”
“I guess I’d pay more because I don’t have any other choice. I don’t really want to pay more, but there isn’t any other in-state school I would go to.”
“What the Board of Regents set forth is in our best interest. They understand where we’re coming from financially, and I think they’ll try to keep that in mind and help us.”
