“Yes, because certain kids can wear certain shirts that have no business being in school. Kids go to school to learn, not to make fashion statements.”

“I would agree because the school has a right and a responsibility to protect other students from obscene shirts and words.”

“I believe in banning shirts that are racist, but otherwise I wouldn’t agree.”

“No, because that’s banning freedom of speech. Some people might not like it, but obviously the student wearing the shirt and their peer group do.”
